Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a course that you have paid for.

If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course, we are able to refund your course fee minus administrations costs of $200. If you cancel closer to the start of the course, we also need to cover our costs for printing materials, catering and venue and will keep $400 of the price you have paid.

Alternatively we can credit the full amount towards any future course (valid for 6 months).

In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a course you will promptly receive a full refund or the choice of another course coming up.

If we need to postpone a course we will contact you immediately and either give you a full refund or transfer your credit to the new course date.
